Aline's made-to-measure cabin
Aline's wish was simple; she dreamt of an A frame cabin with a beautiful view over the neighbouring meadow where she could relax, read a book and even sleep in the warmer months. Based on her inspirational photos and a sketch, we designed and built her custom cabin. For this project, we incorporated a made-to-measure glazed frame and used the Shou Sugi Ban technique, which consists of burning the wood to give it greater durability and a unique aesthetic appearance.
